Description

The MS-SU-H-C-5 module is a high-performance power monitoring measurement unit that generates continuous data curves for advanced condition monitoring via a Gateway or digital processing unit (DPU).

The unit captures power values in the microsecond (μs) range and pre-processes the data based on user-defined parameters. These processed values are then transmitted to the Gateway or DPU at millisecond (ms) intervals.

With its high sampling rate, the MS-SU-H-C-5 is ideally suited for tool monitoring applications on machines driven by frequency inverters or conventional motors:

  • Less intervention required in the machine's wiring compared to the Shunt Module
  • Supports power levels up to 100 kW
  • Supports currents up to 500 A
