Compact PANEL IPCS with Multitouch

The Panel IPCs with multitouch, Prime Panel Pico, and Prime Panel Performance can be realizied as installation and attachment parts. A selection of display sizes offers the right solution for different demands. These Panel IPCs excel by high EMC resistance and a robust, fanless system design. They can be individually configured in hardware and software, attuned to the specific requirements.

Upon request we create an optimum recognition value in our customers’ corporate design.

The Panel IPCs are available for 10 years in form, fit and function and include a warranty of 36 months.

Multitouch Interaction

Individually parametrizable, up-to-date and convenient

Users will find their familiar look & feel with the convenient Projected Capacitive Touch Technology. Commands can be typed in precisely with up to 10 fingers. Based on our customers’ requirements we can individually parameterize the touch functions in-house. Among other things, this allows for operation with special gloves or functions of gesture controls such as zoom-in and zoom-out.

Standard pre-parameterization:

  • EMC-stable 4-finger operation
  • Palm supression
  • Standard glove operation
  • Active pen, stylus
  • Operable even under disturbing influence

Optional parameterization:

  • Water detection
  • Whiteboard realization with different features & pens
  • Different glove qualities
  • Cleaning mode
  • and much more

Reduced to the best

SUPERIOR Product Design

The Panel IPCs perfectly blend in with any modern machine design. The layer build-up from the slim front frame to the heat sink allows for clearly divided housing structures with visual lightness and professional appeal. The focus is on optimum usability. The ident in form of a small blue square at the side of the front frame, the Prime Cube, highlights the reduced form language.

The high-quality powder-coated aluminium housing creates high mechanical stability and chemical resistance. In this way, the devices resist many environmental impacts. For optimum operation we use a hardened glass front with special optical quality. Thanks to the chemical anti-reflection coating there are no annoying reflections.

Individual design requests can also be realized. In this way, it is possible to implement the ident in the CI-color, and the frame resp. front can be further individualized by laser engraving or printing.

Software

Our customers profit from our sound know-how in system and embedded software. Customized solutions are possible from BIOS level via operating system configurations (WINDOWS 10 IoT and LINUX) to middleware. Edge computing, software and application developments on different ARM and x86-based architectures round off the service portfolio.

With Prime OS we have developed specialized operating systems with and without containerization for different target applications.

Precise and Reliable Operation

High EMC Stability

It is our aspiration to keep the touch safely operable even in case of disturbances. This is why our touch sensors are parameterized in such a way as to create an optimum balance between exact, precise, quick and smooth operability and the avoidance of operating errors by inaccuracies or the appearance of so-called ghost touches.

In this way, we achieve high reliability in terms of resistance to electromagnetic disturbances (EMC).
