3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process personal data of applicants exclusively for the purpose of conducting the application process and making a decision on establishing an employment relationship.
If an employment relationship is established, the data will continue to be processed for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.
4. Legal Basis
The processing of your personal data is based in particular on:
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of an employment relationship)
Section 26 BDSG (data processing in the employment context)
Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent, e.g. talent pool)
5. Types of Data Processed
As part of the application process, we process in particular the following data:
Master data (e.g. name, address)
Contact data (e.g. telephone number, email address)
Application documents (CV, cover letter, references)
Qualification and training certificates
Notes from job interviews (if conducted)
6. Recipients of the Data
Your data will only be made accessible to internal departments involved in the application process (in particular Human Resources and the relevant specialist departments).
If external IT or applicant management service providers are used, this is carried out within the framework of data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
No further transfer of data will take place.
7. Retention Period
In the event of a rejection or other termination of the application process, your data will be deleted no later than 6 months after completion of the process.
Storage during this period is carried out in particular to protect legitimate interests, such as the defence against potential legal claims.
8. Transfer to Third Countries
As a rule, no transfer of personal data to third countries takes place.

You have the right to:

10. Provision of Data
The provision of your personal data is required for the application process. Without this data, your application cannot be considered.
