Entry and development
An individual induction and our mentoring model will make your start easier so that you can quickly settle into your new tasks and the team. Our modern working environment with digital tools, a flat hierarchy, interdisciplinary projects and hybrid working models forms an ideal basis. You can develop professionally and personally through needs-based qualification and further training measures as well as the opportunity for an internal specialist or management career.
As a new team member, you will receive an individual induction plan on your first day at work, which will enable you to get to know all key areas and contacts in the first few weeks and familiarize yourself with your tasks in the best possible way. At the end of the induction period, your line manager will check with you whether any questions remain unanswered. We will also provide you with a mentor for the first few weeks, who will act as a permanent point of contact to help you get started and answer organizational questions - including over lunch in the canteen.

We expand and invest in innovative products and new markets. In 2016, we moved into an attractive and spacious building in the business park “take-off” in Neuhausen ob Eck near Tuttlingen. We are located in the Southern technology region of Baden-Wurttemberg. Tuttlingen as a modern and family-friendly town is a future-oriented, high-performance business location and an emerging cultural centre.

Deggendorf: Software Lab
In summer 2020, our Software Lab was founded in Deggendorf (Bavaria). Supported by the specialists in Neuhausen ob Eck the team now drives the development of products and technologies with special emphasis on system software.
