Entry and development
Individual onboarding and our mentor program make your start easier, helping you quickly find your footing in the team and your new tasks. On your first day, you'll receive an individual onboarding plan that introduces you to all key areas and contacts over the first few weeks. At the end of the onboarding period, you and your manager will review together whether any questions remain open. In addition, a dedicated mentor will support you during your first months as a fixed point of contact — including, quite possibly, over a shared lunch in the cafeteria.

Attractive location
We expand and invest in innovative products and new markets. In 2016, we moved into an attractive and spacious building in the business park “take-off” in Neuhausen ob Eck near Tuttlingen. We are located in the Southern technology region of Baden-Wurttemberg. Tuttlingen as a modern and family-friendly town is a future-oriented, high-performance business location and an emerging cultural centre.

Deggendorf: Software Lab
In summer 2020, our Software Lab was founded in Deggendorf (Bavaria). Supported by the specialists in Neuhausen ob Eck the team now drives the development of products and technologies with special emphasis on system software.
